My phone won’t charge. What should I do? First ensure the issue isn’t with the power source or socket you’re using – you can quickly check this by plugging your phone into a different outlet, then checking if it charges. If the socket is not the issue, try taking a closer look at the power cable or charging port on your phone, ensuring everything appears as it should. Then, try turning your phone off completely and plugging it into the socket – bear in mind if the battery is completely drained, it might take up to 2 or 3 minutes to start charging. Sturdy
the phone is a bit laggy at some times, but for the amount of storage, there are no updates that take up all the storage, and the best fact is I have dropped this phone on multiple surfaces including a McDonald’s tile floor, it has held up and my screen is not broken 10x better than the iPhone 15 in that regard

  2. Channon

    Laggy
The lag on this was very noticeable and on every action, even on basic system functions. I had to return because it was unreliable on Verizon. I kept getting a message saying I couldn’t use my hotspot because I didn’t pay for it even though I pay for the 100GB every month. I wouldn’t trust this on Verizon but I also wouldn’t trust this phone mainly because of the lag. The battery life also seemed terrible.

    Works well with Mint Mobile
Nice size, worked out of the box with Mint. Not a bulky phone. Would buy again

Terrible phone HORRIBLE AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE
Phone would not power on. Tried on multiple chargers. AMAZON will not let us return the phone unless it is via UPS PICKUP. We were told it would not have to be picked up to call UPS and schedule a pickup for the weekend. UPS will not pick up on weekends they will not drop off a return label and will not pick up unless an adult is home for said scheduled pick up. We have had multiple supervisors hang up on us while trying to get a different return method for a phone that we paid over $100 for and the end result is “you will need to be home and schedule a pickup” at which point we are hung up on. I have NEVER had such an issue with amazon customer service it’s a shame they have gotten so big they no longer care about customers. We are either out a days pay or out the money for the phone which is not acceptable for a defective product that AMAZON sold.

    Mom isn’t complaining
My mom that’s on my Verizon plan needed a replacement phone and this bad boy works for her needs. She doesn’t need the latest or greatest. The price is great, comes with everything you need that companies like apple and Samsung no longer include (headphones n charger). For a tiny bit of money. She’s had it a few months and hasn’t complained about it. So I’m a happy camper if she is.

    Nokia G100
I thought I was getting a new one at good price, however it turned out to be refurbished. That’s okay. I bought two. One worked okay, except the static, cutting in and out other party can’t hear. The second one, would not stay on, it was suppose to be unlocked but it kept asking me for a code even after factory reset, called the Nokia company for exchange, I was told I had to communicate with AmazonIt would keep cutting off. It looked ashy like it had been in water and dried out.On top of that, I received Feb 5, sent the phone back February 9 in a timely manner and the received it Feb 12, it did not give me any options to exchange, and because I asked for the refund to be put back in my bank account and not Amazon account, I can’t get my funds til February 28, it did say 23 but has been changed.I like Nokia, however I would not recommend this model.
