Great phone & Great price
Love this phone. It’s my daughters BIG Christmas gift this year. All she wanted was an LG. So glad I got this one. It’s slim, light weight and fast. We’ve been boost customers for years so we know the service is good. For the price I don’t think you’ll find a better phone!!

Wish I hadn’t tossed my broken phone.
I ordered this phone because the glass shattered in my old phone. If i hadn’t thrown the old phone away I’d use it over this one shattered glass and all. First of all this phone hasn’t stopped updating. Its updated 15 times in just over 48 hrs. As soon as its done updating it’ll prompt you to update again and again and again. It wouldn’t be so bad if it didn’t take 45 minutes per update. I’ve used this phone more for updating than ive gotten to use it for anything else. Secondly no matter how many hoops you jump through to turn notifications off in apps and this phone notifications still come through. Granted i know i purchased and inexpensive phone but again, i think i would rather use my busted phone I already through away. Its cheaply made, the display colors are pale and its slow and lags.

It’s an OK phone… SUPER LIGHT and THIN (not a good thing)
It’s a pretty good phone for the price point. My biggest issue was it was very hard to find a protective case for and in the end it only lasted a few months because it’s super light as well (also a plus). I had it in my backpack and it fell out of my the pocket of the backpack as I put my wallet back in and fell out and the screen shattered. I usually have much heavier phones and almost always have some case on it but I hadn’t been able to find one that worked with this phone so I was shocked when it fell out and broke.I can still use it so it’s at least pretty darn sturdy to still function with a pretty damaged screen. I am not sure I am going to get this phone again when I replace my phone simply because it was so light… it fell out of my pockets more than just this one time. It’s also quite large, so if you are like me and like to stick your phone in your pocket it doesn’t always fit.

the writer’s of the applications most often choose to ignore the 32GB micro-SD card either because they are not very good at writing code or because they do not understand …
The LG Tribute HD replaced a Samsung Prevail II. The Tribute works with the Cellular service though there are moments and times what the phone does and what I think should be happening are polar. The unit came with 16GB of internal memory that is shared by the operating system and whatever applications are downloaded as well as the cache, the storage, and whatever else the application uses. The device will work with a 32GB micro-SD card. Unfortunately, the writer’s of the applications most often choose to ignore the 32GB micro-SD card either because they are not very good at writing code or because they do not understand the importance of offloading cache, storage, and etc to the external storage. The device has a trove of features. Most are very poorly documented by LG and the cellular service techs mostly don’t use anything but the core features so they, too, have no clue. The included hotSpot is very useful for newer devices that need to connect to it. The HotSpot is apparently not configured (setup) for the older WiFi (a and b and possibly g). I note this because connections cannot be made to a or b devices that I have. The cell phone will operate in both 3G and 4gLTE with the auto feature enabled in the network setting. It does have some issues returning to 4G LTE a lot of times when it auto-switches to 3G.There are few more of these unexplained features that make themselves rather annoying. It is a great phone with a majority of the features that I wanted including the ability to pay-as-I-go rather than a contract. The phone does have its share of worthless “bloat” ware. The price and features prove that it is exceptional and makes the other more expensive models and the other brands appear to be not really worth the exorbitant price that is charged for them!

Love this phone
Love this phone! LG makes the best phones, I haven’t had a bad experience yet with a LG. This phone has amazing screen quality, ample storage, and is very easy to use. It comes with a SIM card, however you do need a Micro Memory Card if you want external storage.

Great LG Phone
I really like this phone. It has a 5 inch screen but it’s small and slim. I keep it in my back jeans pocket most of the time and that’s very comfortable. I loaded about a half dozen apps on it that I like and I still have eight gigs of memory left. I haven’t had any problems with reception or dropped calls. Voice quality is probably a average or maybe slightly above. This phone has the latest version of android (6.0) and I think it is a great buy for the money.

Battery Life=HORRIBLE
I’m a 36 year old man, I do not talk on my phone for more than 45 minutes to an hour per WEEK. I do not use apps, and I occasionally will receive an email, or text with friends or family. This phone battery is absolute junk, yesterday for instance it was fully charged at 100%. Four hours later, without using it for a single phone call, the battery was down to 25%, the only function I used was to order food through UBER eats. It’s become unusable due to the poor battery life, don’t be fooled by the low price, you get what you pay for, and in this case you would be better off shelling out the extra money for a better phone.
