    Customer service the worst
    I purchased this Atel phone product. The first one did not come with a Sim card. I emailed and called their support/ customer service team. They assured me that someone was going to get back in touch with me. I waited an entire week. No one responded.So I returned the unit via Amazon, and end up purchasing the same unit with the refunded funds.The second unit came and lo and behold, it did not come with a Sim card either. I called the C.S. number on the box, and asked to speak with a Supervisor. They were not empathetic or sorry. Do not buy from Atel.

    Scam look up the company
    My mom got one of these in the mail… meanwhile they authorized our landlines and internet.to be shut off locally…down twenty four hours. She is 70 plus years old. Should be ashamed of themselves! Took a picture to show not b.b.ing
