Shave your money Nokia is a waste of money.
When I pulled the phone out of the box I thought it was a very nice looking phone it was free charged three quarters of the way take me a minute to get it on but I finally came on and that was the only time that it’s been a good phone. I had I only had the phone on for approximately 20 minutes when when it crashed the first time. And every time you hit the volume control the personal assistant comes on and interrupts what you are doing. Computer lags it is slow unresponsive. And quick to shut you off on speakerphone. I would have given that less than one star if they would have let me. Save your money and your sanity. Take two cans And a piece of string you’ll have better luck. And 3 Day battery that they brag about has not even lasted 24 hours

Not a good product
The title of my review says it all. With time, almost every feature of the phone that’s based on the computer, on the chips, those features falter time and time again. Various apps stop working, and you have to close the app. The UI system often doesn’t work. So many other features just stop working. YouTube becomes minimized and appears in the upper left hand corner. The most interesting feature this phone is the screen display. There is a feature in the settings that allows the user to set how long the display appears before it blacks out. It defaults to 15 seconds. The longest period is 30 minutes. The phone randomly resets to 15 seconds whenever it wants to. Totally incredible. It’s a phone that is inexpensive, but it’s quality is very poor.If you want to go to previous screen, there is no installed button, you learn to push the screen to the right with your fingers, just as you would scroll through pictures on the screen. Pretty incredible.

Returned not ready for 2024
I’ve always been a big fan of Nokia and have had many other phones. I believe the processing, chip and lack of RAM in this phone makes it literally almost unusable in 2024. It’s slow, laggy and choppy and took an abnormally long amount of time to transfer my data via A cord when I was setting it up as my backup phone I understand this phone was very inexpensive, but for other values on the market, this is not something that is ready for day-to-day use or honestly even as a backup

Not as I remembered
I owned a Nokia phone a long time ago, it was much better than this one. I had issues with the screen locking up, and having to charge the battery every day. The phone had a very slow response time to any commands, finally after calling Nokia service (which was another story, someone I suspect from India that had a poor command of the English language that was of no help) I decided this phone has to go back. After speaking to an Amazon customer service rep and explaining the issues I was having she advised me just to return it to Amazon for a full refund which I very glad to do. Thanks to Amazon.
