    Great phone I am on a low budget so I was tired of the free phones on the streets that you got for free with the government assisted I kept breaking down so I told myself I was going to invest in a decent phone by my surprise I never thought it would be desperate great phone great everything I don’t know if I would get another phone soon just doable rugged phone it’s all one man needs

    Best rugged Android phone for the price!
    This thing is a feature rich TANK! I purchased it for off-grid, cell-down comms. I have to re-learn the Android OS after using iPhone for 10 years. It is not supported by the Graphene OS, only Pixel phones are.

    If you remember PC speeds in the early 90’s. This is that bad. My bad for not thinking this through. Needed a cheap phone fast, as I broke my armor 8 which was twice the phone the 13 is. Do not buy this turd. It has a battery that lasts over 2days , but that’s how long it takes to open websites. One more HUGE problem with this phone, it won’t stay connected to WIFI

    El producto cumple al 100% con sus especificaciones. Decidí hacer la prueba del agua apenas llegó y hasta el momento va perfectamente. Un detalle a tener en cuenta al sumergirlo en agua es que al momento de sacarlo el orificio de las bocinas queda con residuos de agua pero nada que no se solucione dejando un sonido reproduciendo por dos minutos. Completamente satisfecho

    I liked this phone the camera was wonderful it was easy to use I could navigate through the phone no problem but the memory ooh baby it was gone when I turned the phone on. I like this phone the tater tottered back and forth on three and four but because of the memory that’s why I gave her three it’s really bad but the phone was so nice that it was stolen the second week I had it

    This is a great phone, the specs are awesome and the operating system version is solid!I haven’t had a single issue with this phone, I’ve paid 100s of dollars more to get this level of hardware/features in the past and am very glad I gave Ulefone a chance. It’s money well spent.

    After owning a Ulefone x9, which I was pleasantly suprised by , I decided to go for another Ulefone product the x13. Once again I must say I am VERY happy that I did. This phone is fast, responsive and the battery life …… WOW, it is truly a game changer. I shal NEVER change brands again, I have had Apple, Samsung and many more non of which come close to matching this peice of Gold . .. .. Awesome Job Ulefone , AWESOME !!!!!

    Was a decent phone for the first 2 months I used it. It’s just super slow now. Pretty reliable phone for older folks that only scroll facebook and use their phone mostly as a phone. Only 3 stars because as decently reliable as it is, it’s way slower than what I was wanting

    Initial reaction:The phone is thick and heavy, looks very durable. Screen comes with pre installed protector.Day 2. Battery life is phenomenal, orange button cover fell off and got lost.One week. The phone does not receive or send MMS messages to iPhone users. Contacted customer support2 months. Phone fell back side down on some gravel and broke the back glass for the camera.3 months. Battery life not as good, phone still functions well. MMS still not working after various emails with customer service.4 months. Replacement came in, same issue with that phone as well. Verified with carrier no issues with MMS.Month 5. Fingerprint stopped working and is no longer a feature on this phone. The setting is on but cannot unlock or do anything fingerprint wise with it (apps, passwords, etc)Overall very durable phone. I wish the OS was better. Would buy again if the issues were resolved.
